Wood is more to us than just a material. It is history captured in every object made from it. It carries the traces of hands that cared for its form and beauty so it could withstand the test of time. Every window worn by the passage of years, every creaking door, and every intricately carved paneling holds a unique story — one worth preserving. For over three decades, we have been learning to listen to these stories and respectfully restore wood to its former glory. For us, it is not just a profession — it is a family mission. A multigenerational dialogue with a material that, when properly conserved, can last for decades to come.

Our story began in 1993, when Wiesław Tabaszewski — our father and grandfather — decided to establish a company specializing in the renovation of window joinery. From the very beginning, he was fascinated by wood and its unique character. He worked on both modern windows and historic ones that demanded patience, precision, and immense respect for detail. Over the years, his son Paweł joined him, and after completing his studies, gradually took over the company, continuing the family legacy. Today, father and son still work together — taking on new challenges as a team. The third generation has eagerly joined the team — Paweł’s son, who has accompanied us on projects since childhood, observing, learning the craft, and absorbing the atmosphere of work driven by passion.

We are one of the few conservation companies in Poland with nearly 30 years of experience. We specialize in comprehensive renovation and repair of wooden window and door joinery, as well as sculptures, paneling, vaults, stairs, floors, and other architectural details. Our work can be found in exceptional places — Książ Castle, the Franciscan Monastery, Jan Wedel’s Villa, Herbst Palace, and numerous manor houses and palaces throughout Poland and abroad.

Instead of replacing with new, we save what holds value. We fill in gaps, reinforce structures, mill, seal, and replace glass when necessary. We give a second life even to windows over 200 years old.

For the past 7 years, we have also been restoring PVC flooring — cleaning it, repairing joints, and varnishing the surface to restore its freshness.

We combine traditional craftsmanship with modern technology, but what always remains most important to us is the same — precision, respect for the material, and attention to every detail. Because in this family craft, it’s not just about wood. It’s about history, passion, and the people who pass these values down from generation to generation.
